1.1 Anonymous Users
We do not collect personally identifiable information from visitors who use our platform without registration. For anonymous visitors, only basic technical information necessary for the operation of the service (browser type, IP address hash, language preference) is temporarily processed and is not used for personal identification purposes.
1.2 Registered Users
If you create an account, we collect: username, email address, and encrypted password. Passwords are one-way encrypted using the bcrypt algorithm and are never stored in plain text. Additionally, account preferences, followed profiles, saved tweets, and archive data are stored.
1.3 Automatically Collected Data
To improve service quality, anonymous analytics data (page view counts, general usage statistics) may be collected. This data is not used to identify individual users. Information sent through the contact form (name, email, message content) is stored solely for communication purposes.
2. Purpose of Data Use
We use the data we collect for the following purposes: account verification and identity management, storage of user preferences (language, notification settings), ensuring service security and preventing abuse, improving service quality and resolving technical issues, fulfilling legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes under any circumstances.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our platform uses only cookies essential for service operation: session cookie (authentication), language preference cookie, and cookie consent status. Optional analytics and marketing cookies may be used; however, these are only activated with your explicit consent. 4. Data Security

5. Data Retention Period
We retain your personal data only for the duration necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Your account data is stored as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymous statistical data may be stored in aggregate form. Messages sent through the contact form are stored for 1 year and then automatically deleted.

Under the European Union General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights: right of access (request a copy of your data), right to rectification (request correction of inaccurate data), right to erasure ("right to be forgotten" - request deletion of your data), right to restriction of processing, right to data portability (receive your data in a structured format), right to object (object to data processing). 7. Your Rights Under KVKK (Turkish Citizens)
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, you have the following rights: learning whether your personal data is processed, requesting information about processing, learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, knowing third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad, requesting correction of incomplete or inaccurately processed data, requesting deletion or destruction under the conditions stipulated by law, requesting notification of corrections and deletions to third parties to whom data has been transferred, objecting to a result that arises against you through analysis exclusively by automated systems, and requesting compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
8. Your Rights Under CCPA (California Residents)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the following rights: the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request deletion of personal information, the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information. At Zamantika, we do not sell your personal information to third parties. This right is protected under all circumstances.
9. Third-Party Services
Our platform provides data through Twitter/X's publicly available APIs. We do not have a direct partnership or data sharing agreement with Twitter/X. The content you view is subject to Twitter/X's own privacy policy. Advertisements displayed on our platform may be served through third-party advertising networks, and their own privacy policies apply.
10. Policy Changes and Contact
