Zamantika is a web service that allows you to anonymously view publicly available profiles, tweets, and trending topics on the Twitter/X platform. Additionally, it offers registered users features such as profile following, tweet archiving, saving, and notifications. Our service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Twitter Inc. or X Corp. in any way.

2. User Accounts

Creating an account is optional. When you create an account, you are obligated to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for your account security; you must keep your password secure and not share it with others. If you detect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately. You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You may only use our service for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited: using the service to mass-extract data with automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers), using the service in a way that negatively affects other users' experience, harassing, threatening, or disturbing any person through the service, attempting to investigate or exploit security vulnerabilities of the service, creating fake accounts or impersonating someone else, unauthorized commercial use of data obtained through the service.

The design, code, logo, graphics, and original content of the Zamantika platform are protected by copyright. All rights to content viewed through Twitter/X (tweets, profile information, media) belong to the respective content owners. Zamantika does not claim any rights over this content. Our platform only acts as an intermediary for publicly available data.

5. Tweet Archive Service

Our tweet archive feature allows users to store a copy of publicly available tweets. Archived content remains the intellectual property of the original tweet author. Content owners may request the removal of their archived content; such requests will be evaluated within a reasonable timeframe. The archive service is designed for digital preservation and research purposes and is not intended for commercial use.

6. Limitation of Liability

Zamantika provides the service "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You acknowledge that the service may be temporarily or permanently interrupted due to changes in Twitter/X APIs, access restrictions, or technical issues. Zamantika cannot be held responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the service.

7. Third-Party Content

Our platform provides access to publicly available data on Twitter/X. We do not guarantee the accuracy, currency, or completeness of this content. Twitter/X's terms of service and privacy policy continue to apply to the content viewed. Advertisements displayed on our platform may belong to third parties and are subject to their own terms of use.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

In the event of a violation of these terms of use, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice. You can request to close your account at any time through our contact page. After account closure, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these terms.
