The U.S. attack on Iran has triggered a physical supply deficit that the world cannot fill. The Strait of Hormuz the gateway to world's 20% oil is now closed, trapping 19.8 million barrels per day. Available pipeline bypass routes can only handle 6.8 million bpd. This leaves a massive 12.7 million bpd deficit with zero access to the global market. Regional production is collapsing: • Iraq: 2.3 million bpd shut down. • Iran: 1.4 million bpd exports halted. • Kuwait: 300,000 bpd cut. Downstream infrastructure is failing. Saudi Arabia’s 550,000 bpd Ras Tanura refinery is offline. Qatar has stopped 20% of the world’s LNG supply. The energy lifeline for China, India, Japan, and South Korea has been severed. We are witnessing the largest supply disruption in history. The global economy is now in a state of total structural breakdown.
