Before the band even officially formed, Jon Bon Jovi recorded their breakthrough hit "Runaway" with a pickup group of studio musicians in 1981. The song took off on local radio after winning a contest searching for the best unsigned band. The actual Bon Jovi band was then formed in 1983. 👉🏻 What was the name of the pick up group he originally recorded with?
