The CW is arguing that Kelsey’s story can’t be true because there was a round in the chamber, which means she had to have racked it because she’s the only person who could have. Problem is that the CW also stated that Daly found the gun and put it on the bed and then Noonan grabbed it and moved it again. That’s two guys who could have racked the gun. I’m here to tell you, Noonan absolutely had a motive to rack it because if he just shot a cop, per his own testimony, who had a gun with an empty chamber it would be a huge problem for him moving forward. I am running late, but @jessmachadoshow tells me there are at least 20 police officers inside the courtroom today for closing statements. Just a reminder that Kelsey FitzSimmons was also a police officer. The fact that so many cops support this prosecution is the problem.
