This recruitment is actually very important if you want this AI new perfect world to occur. “But there’s already so much data from over the last 20 years recorded”, yes you are right, but that’s not how proper real world model data collection works. You don’t just inject words into a model and hope it spits the correct words out.

You understand that for a model to get good at a particular job, you need real world data of that job being performed at an extremely high level and considering there are very few ATC employees right now, the data collection is not happening. Every job will be replaced eventually but you can’t just snap a finger and have AI do that job correctly without real world data of any and all possible outcomes and scenarios that even trainers can’t think of.
