@lisaocarroll The issue is UK nationals living in the EU have no clear advice, or on hand assistance from UK gov when their rights under the Withdrawal Agreement are possibly being misapplied. UK gov should have a dedicated dept for this to argue or clarify cases. Many feel abandoned.

Mark Saxby, 56, says he feels “trapped” in a nightmarish limbo unable to convince anyone that he has the right to live in Spain despite the EU-UK withdrawal agreement guaranteeing residency rights for those in the country before Brexit.
He moved to Valencia and bought a property in early 2020 just before the pandemic and months before the Brexit deadline for residency on 31 December of that year.
But now he fears he could be removed or prevented from entering the country.

Concerning news on the Companies House data breach - They just exposed the data of every Company Director and the were threatening you with a fine or disqualification if you didn’t use their Digital ID. There should be a legal class action against the Gov. youtu.be/3Xi7Yi7EP7M

Companies House has put out a statement confirming that, for five months, every company in the UK was vulnerable to the simple exploit we identified on Friday. It enabled anyone in the world to view and change their company details.

Wales just set the highest bar in the UK for housing safety.
✅Covers ALL multi-occupied buildings (not just high-rises).
✅ New "Accountable Persons" legally responsible for safety.
