जयपुर में गर्भवती महिला से छेड़छाड़ का यह दृश्य शर्मनाक है, असहनीय है। एक युवती से छेड़छाड़ का वीडियो वायरल हुआ परन्तु न पुलिस ने समय पर एफआईआर की और 12 दिन बाद भी आज तक आरोपी गिरफ़्तार नहीं हुए हैं। अब दूसरी घटना में भी पुलिस वीडियो सबूत होने के बावजूद शिकायत दर्ज होने का इंतजार करती रही। BNS की धारा 74 स्पष्ट कहती है कि छेड़छाड़ संज्ञेय अपराध है जिसमें पुलिस स्वयं FIR दर्ज कर सकती है एवं बिना वारंट गिरफ्तारी कर सकती है। हमारी कांग्रेस सरकार में अनिवार्य एफआईआर का नियम बनाया था, ऐसी घटनाओं में पुलिस स्वयं मुकदमा दर्ज कर कार्रवाई करती थी। हमारी सरकार आंकड़े कम करने का प्रयास नहीं करती बल्कि प्रभावी कार्रवाई करती थी। आज वीडियो वायरल है फिर भी आरोपी खुले घूम रहा है क्योंकि अपराध के आंकड़े कम दिखाने के लिए भाजपा सरकार कार्रवाई नहीं कर रही। राजस्थान की बेटियाँ असुरक्षित हैं और राजस्थान सरकार एवं राजस्थान पुलिस मूकदर्शक। भाजपा सरकार जवाब दे, जब कानून है, अधिकार है, तो कार्रवाई क्यों नहीं?

When you send people, don't you check who he is?
