70% of the kids we spend time with are at least chubby if not overweight & of the not fat kids few have strong muscle tone Recently I can’t help but notice the overweight kids all have mothers who show up to every function with a giant cooler of snacks. They’re usually “healthy” organic, dye free, non-gmo, produce forward snacks, but they’re still giving their kids endless access to snacks I remember very few fat kids when I was a kid. It’s sad. It makes me sad seeing so many fat kids & once the kids are hitting middle school age I start hearing the parents talking about how their kids develop body issues & self consciousness around being chubby. But the parents are so concerned with “not creating body issues” they won’t overtly do anything to address it I have already told my kids if they ever start getting really chubby I will not be concerned with sparing their feelings. My primary objective is their optimum health & vitality. If they get fat we are cutting out the junk & getting into rigorous exercise, but I don’t think they will ever get particularly fat because they are already extremely active kids with good muscle tone

You don't have celiac, you are reacting to the nickel in the outer bran of the wheat. Chocolate isn't giving you hormonal acne, the nickel in it is inflaming your skin. You didn't randomly get an autoimmune disease, nickel is leaching from your stainless steel pans into your food

@holisticgrenade I had a fractured wrist bone that was never casted and the bone died. Had the cast and have surgery including a bone graft a year or two later so yeah it’s worth getting the bone set properly

I was wrong. I used to tell people that I would never go to a medical doctor unless it was for a broken bone, fracture or some form of structural damage. After having an experience like that I decided I really don't wanna go to a hospital or medical doctor because all they're gonna do is put my bone back in place and then put it in a cast for the next couple months and I'm gonna wonder later on why it never feels the same after locking my bone into the same position. It doesn't make sense to me. Animals in the wild break bones all of the time and fully recover, as long as they don't get eaten by a predator. If I ever have any structural damage again in the future or broken bones I'm gonna use the animal method: just fast, lay down in the sun and let nature heal me.

@evanwch My solution is regulate technology and don’t allow AI to take over the entire country! Stop building data centers that are wrecking communities and harming the environment. And slow down wireless and communication infrastructure before health and safety are truly analyzed.

I’m not a fan of UBI. I think people need jobs and purpose in order to be happy. But Elon likely knows what’s coming. Most of us have no idea. @emkenobi MS can be managed and even significantly improved now a days. Unfortunate she doesn’t have some knowledgable, functional medicine docs in her corner and sounds like she’s already given up mentally—tell your body it’s declining and it will hear you and listen. Sad😕

Christina Applegate has suffered so much in such a short time period. She has gone through breast cancer, a double mastectomy, and now MS. She retired from acting on screen because of her diagnosis in 2021 and has been doing voice acting since. In March she told a reporter that she was aware her death was coming and already bought a burial plot. The location is private and she wants to have a tree planted there. She also wrote a book about self acceptance following her MS diagnosis. My heart is broken for her and her family.

@Mayshelton1983 @LunaBudz @Ohlala Yass have the wide broad rib cage as well I was a gymnast and my mom says it may have been from doing that as a kid. Anyways it’s hard to find tops and dresses that fit my structure and chest and not too baggy.

@LunaBudz @Ohlala But structure is different, I have a long torso, and that matters when shopping for dresses and tops. I also have a wide ribcage, that matters too, my bust is small, cage is wide. Exercise can't change that, and it's hard to find clothes, im not fat either.

Doctor advised: “Tylenol and watch her.” She passed the next morning… 😞 OP drops the plot twist in the comments: “She had not even taken any scheduled vaccines yet.” 👀 Group instantly blames: “CHILDHOOD VACCINES” 💉 “COVID shots for newborns!!” 🤦‍♀️ “5G + the sad American diet + kids are not grounding to the earth!!” 🌐🍔🌱 🥴 “THE TYLENOL DID IT!!” 😡 Meanwhile another commenter: “My friend’s 4 y/o just died of RSV and another friend’s 6 month old died for NO reason… WHAT IS HAPPENING?!!” 😨 NOBODY SAYS: “Could it be… the actual pandemic we are still in?” 🦠🤷‍♀️

There is a potential for a few rounds of strong to severe storms across the area today. The first coming in the later afternoon and evening (4-7pm) with the highest likelihood with this round to our west and south with a greater threat coming later this evening (8pm-12am). Threats with both rounds include heavy rainfall, flooding, strong winds and hail. A tornado is not completely out of the question but chances are low (greatest tornado threat to the west). #ilwx

@PlumberAlberta So sorry! yes we lost 7 close family members in the years proceeding, one in his 30s due to shot induced myocarditis per coroner and many of the others due to turbo cancers or cancer coming back. It’s heartbreaking

Have cancer rates just exploded since the vaccines or is it just me? Everyone I know has at least one family member is dying of cancer. What the actual fuck is going on. My mom has been battle stage 4 pancreatic for the past 3-4 years now, she's a trooper, but wtaf.

@HerbsandDirt Yes multiple myeloma they lived in villages right next to golf course and many golf courses in there that cancer is linked to agriculture workers too go figure
