After months of false statements being made publicly about me and my work, a civil complaint has now been filed. I won't be engaging on this further and will let the Alaska court process address it.

A recent post was made containing false and defamatory statements about me and the Bitcoin Alaska Conference. I will not engage publicly in personal disputes or false claims. The matter has been documented and reported to law enforcement, with evidence already on file. Bitcoin Alaska remains focused on its mission — building education, opportunity, and innovation for Alaskans and the Bitcoin community. I appreciate the many messages of support. I trust the truth, the evidence, and the process will speak for themselves.

Paid a ton of sats for Jewel at Aria for welcoming party. Used UBER to get here. Wearing shorts because I'm FROM ALASKA. Turned away at the door because my dress shorts that are BRAND NEW, TAGS OFF TODAY aren't dress code compliant. Is this a @BitcoinMagazine @TheBitcoinConf event? What a disappointing start.

I will continue to speak out against Ripple XRP, it’s not a real blockchain and it’s not decentralized. Brad Garlinghouse has created a Potemkin village to trick retail investors into giving him money.

@zeus_one_ @pittmanjm @BitcoinPierre My IQ just dropped 6 points reading your post. Bitcoin doesn't need a marketing team but XRP debases their investors every time they run an ad or need to fund a court battle.
