Harassment at the workplace. Yes, I have faced harassment at the workplace. Not all harassment is physical or sexual. I experienced this in one of my previous companies. I quietly resigned. I didn't have the courage to fight back. The reason was simple: I didn't want my full and final settlement to get delayed, and I didn't want negative feedback reaching my next potential employer. But did I forget it? Probably not. Experiences like these leave a lasting impact. They make you insecure about accepting new offers. Today, before considering any opportunity, I pay close attention to the company's culture, employee satisfaction, and work-life balance. Salary is no longer the only factor. What would you have done if you were in my place? Would you have confronted the company and raised your voice, or would you have chosen to leave quietly like I did?
