@Anolon I need help with an order from 2/21/23 that was not received. No email response and no one picking up at your 1-800 number! Very frustrated to have been charged and not receive product.

@Anolon you offer a lifetime warranty yet: (1) you "lost" our first claim and told me to DM it; (2) I DM'd the claim and...nothing. No reply to my many DMs. Anyone can offer a warranty. You have to HONOR the warranty. Heck, just REPLY to it. The pan is not even 2 years old. @FTC

@Anolon As reported previously, we didn’t receive anything once we filed the claim. We don’t have any numbers. I gave you a date and time when we filed. Please DM me with a phone number that someone @Anolon will pick up. Please help us.

@Anolon A warranty is only as good as the company behind it. Decadeslong user and first ever issue is met with radio silence. Anyone home?? No answer, no reply. Analonging for some help.

@Gulfstream08 Thanks for reaching out! No. All Meyer brands with a traditional nonstick coating are free of PFOA, a type of PFAS chemical that was used in the past to manufacture nonstick coatings.

@Anolon Hi, does any of the Anolon products contain PFAS chemicals or any related PFAS chemicals?

So for the better part of the last 25 years, when it came to nonstick cookware, @Anolon was my recommendation. Due to the heft (provides more consistent heat), durability and the warranty. That has changed. My ex wife has the set we got when we moved in together. Lifetime 1/

@drahcir_rahl Unfortunately, as explained, the cookware's damage or deterioration that the warranty inspectors observed does not meet the guidelines of what is covered under the Anolon® Guarantee. We are certainly available to discuss your warranty. 2/
