I need you to sit with this for a moment: In 1971, Pakistani soldiers went into Bengali villages and asked one question: "Where do the Hindus live?" Then they went there. 200,000 to 400,000 women were raped. Systematically. As a weapon. The perpetrators weren't just soldiers — they were Jamaat-e-Islami militants. A Muslim Brotherhood affiliate. I've spent years documenting what political Islam does when it has power. This is what it does when it has power. 🇧🇩 The 1971 Bangladesh genocide has never been recognized by the US or UK. Say their names. Break the silence.

There are 5,000+ listed companies in India. ~100 are large caps ~150 are mid caps ~200 small caps are actually liquid enough for mutual funds to buy. 👉 Total real investable universe: ~450–500 stocks. Now think about this: There are about 45 registered mutual fund houses. ~1,500–1,600 total schemes ~450–500 are equity schemes Do the math - 500 schemes for 500 stocks. We really don't need more fund managers, PMS schemes, mutual funds, AIFs. What we really need is more innovators, thinkers, creators, and business owners.

AajTak is a schizophrenic channel. First, they propagated a religious conversion angle in the Nashik TCS case. Now, they're interviewing accused Danish Sheikh's lawyer Umesh Waljhade, who says- "Extramarital affair is not new. But let's not give it a colour of religion."

People should be cautious about accepting police statements against an accused when they stem from complaints filed by BJP members or appear influenced by the ruling government. Here are a few examples of media trails in my case. A similar situation unfolded in the Rhea Chakraborty case, where almost all the national media relied heavily on police claims and unverified allegations.

A report in 'The Civil & Military Gazette (Lahore)', 16 June 1924, records a telling moment from colonial India: A mass meeting in Delhi was convened over the “alleged kidnapping of Hindu women and children by Mussalmans for the purpose of forced conversions to Islam.” Speakers cited “many instances of Hindu women and boys kidnapped for conversion” and warned of organised efforts behind such acts. This was being debated, documented, and contested a century ago. To dismiss such concerns today as mere “propaganda” is to ignore the historical record. The pattern of luring, abduction, and entrapment of Hindu women for conversion has long been alleged and feared— a reality that many argue has been further obscured, rather than confronted, by the selective outrage and double standards of so-called #secularism. History does not speak in whispers—it records what society chooses to confront, and what it chooses to deny. @sgurumurthy

On this day 31 years ago, a 12-year-old boy was shot and killed while riding a bicycle with his cousins in a village near Lahore, Pakistan. His name was Iqbal Masih. At four years old, his family sold him to a carpet factory owner to repay a debt of 600 rupees, less than $12. For the next six years, he was chained to a loom. He worked 12 hours a day, seven days a week, for a few cents. He was beaten with a carpet fork when he slowed down. The factory owners deliberately underfed the children so their fingers would stay small enough for the intricate weaving. By the time he was 10, he stood just four feet tall, 12 inches shorter than the average boy his age. One morning, he escaped. He jumped on the back of a tractor heading to a meeting about bonded labour. He heard a man explain that what the factory owners were doing was illegal under Pakistani law. When the man asked if anyone wanted to speak, Iqbal stepped up to the microphone. He never stopped. He helped free over 3,000 children from bonded labour in carpet factories across Pakistan. He completed five years of schoolwork in three. He spoke at international conferences in Sweden and the United States. He told a room full of adults in Boston that he wanted to become a lawyer so he could free every enslaved child in Pakistan. He was 12 years old. Brandeis University offered him a full scholarship and said they would be waiting for him. When asked why he would return to Pakistan when he knew his life was in danger, he said his mission was more important than his life. On Easter Sunday 1995, he was shot in the back while cycling home. He was hit by over 120 shotgun pellets. His cousins were barely touched. He was the target. His funeral was attended by 800 people. In the days that followed, 3,000 people marched through Lahore. Half of them were under the age of 12. After his death, a group of seventh-graders from a school in Massachusetts where Iqbal had once spoken raised $25,000 and built a school in his name in Pakistan. April 16 is now recognised as the International Day Against Child Slavery. The United States Congress created the Iqbal Masih Award for the Elimination of Child Labour in his honour. It is still given out every year.

VA Tech Wabag - JM Financial initiates Coverage • Despite housing nearly 18% of the world's population, India has only 4% of global freshwater availability. • A staggering gap is expected by 2030 with demand of 1,498 BCM versus supply of only 744 BCM. • Wabag had record order inflows of c.INR 80bn in FY26, strengthening its order backlog to c.INR 168bn (4.4x TTM revenue) as of Mar’26E • Management indicates a strong near-term domestic pipeline of c.INR 150bn and global pipeline of c.INR 200-250bn across verticals over the next 12–18 months.

“I was at a money manager roundtable dinner where everyone was talking about “my stock this” and “my stock that”. Their attitude was that it doesn’t matter what is going to happen in the world because their favorite stock is generating free cash flow, buying back shares, and doing XYZ.” “People always forget that 50% of a stock’s move is the overall market, 30% is the industry group, and then maybe 20% is the extra alpha from stock picking. And stock picking is full of macro bets. When an equity guy is playing airlines, he’s making an embedded macro call on oil.” — Stanley Druckenmiller

Gaurav Arya says: "We are the real brother of Israel and we want Israel to drop 100 bombs on Lebanon and 50 bombs on Gaza." 🔹@majorgauravarya brotherhood with a genocidal and occupying regime has no credibility. It’s the classic gaslighting circular argument: Israel invades → people resist → Israel blames the resistance to justify even more invasions

I can’t stress this enough 1. Buy a dishwasher. Almost 80% of the utensils can be managed by the dishwasher. Only cooker, and few items require hand wash 2. Buy a Romba. The one with mopping capabilities 3. Buy a dryer along with washer You don’t need a maid. Once you don’t need a maid, your life will be much more flexible- you day won’t revolve around her timings. You can literally automate 70% of the work she does and you can get several hours back. Just hire someone from Urban company to do deep cleaning once a week or 2 weeks.
