@taobanker I took exercise science at VCU but do B2B sales now, and this is one of few things I remember from class lmao but yeah I think if used properly can be very beneficial. Only thing is most probably wouldn’t use properly
English

@AvgHumanExp That's actually an advanced intuition and the research in that field is why you don't hear people hype up antioxidants like they used to.
English

@taobanker You ever wonder if something that has a strong impact on inflammation reduction would be counterproductive if trying to gain muscle? You need some amount of inflammation after strength training. Maybe something to cycle or just time properly
English

@AvgHumanExp chatgpt said there's pretty solid evidence of mild benefits to cardio and metabolic health
feels like a free option basically
English

@taobanker Damn very interesting. If I implement I’ll let you know how it goes. Also thought the Taurine mention was great. I use that sometimes after a big event or anything that leads to a dopamine crash, to help keep it elevated or ease into the drop
English

@AvgHumanExp however i don't take it every day because it is a 5ar inhibitor , for a small percentage of the male population this can cause issues with libido etc
so I just take it like once a week and then i'll take it every day for 2-3 weeks ramping up into summer UV exposure
English

@taobanker Obviously can’t supplement to get rid of floaters but would be good to have something that maybe helps keep the eyes and skin healthy
English

@taobanker Wait one last thing, could you elaborate on astaxanthin and your personal experience? Never heard of it. Just read into it briefly. The past 3 years I’ve gotten numerous permanent floaters and it’s probably too much screen time at work and phone.
English

@AvgHumanExp I have a pet theory that omega 3's should be taken seasonally in the winter
English

@AvgHumanExp @type1ayy @Golden_Ted_ i also wasn't trying to be rude in my initial reply, i was driving and worded it poorly lol
English

$INTC HOLY GOD! Deep in the money but I have never seen anything close to this ever before!
John Trades MBA@JPATrades
Someone just bought $241,000,000 worth of $INTC calls that expire in September. I'm sorry what???
English

@FFairing @type1ayy @Golden_Ted_ And I’m not trying to harp on you. These things aren’t super easy to understand at first. You’ll get it
English

@FFairing @type1ayy @Golden_Ted_ Honestly I think best bet is to converse back and forth with ChatGPT on this. Easier than a book because if you don’t understand you can just keep asking it questions until it eventually clicks
English

@AvgHumanExp @FFairing @Golden_Ted_ zero sum mfs staying confused about how a non-zero sum world can possibly function
English

@FFairing @Golden_Ted_ With your logic, every trade that was ever made is just neutral and meaningless
English

@FFairing @Golden_Ted_ Yeah someone takes the other side in literally every trade. That doesn’t mean in negates the initial purchase of those calls. If this person bought 63,500 ITM calls, some dealer is now short those calls, but hedges that with buying stock.
