I dont think the people who made this give a shit about hurting the series as a whole. If they cared about star trek, why did they make something no one, not even the target demographic, wanted?
Also punching down is a made up concept. You attach your identity to this show so you take it all personally for whatever mentally ill reasoning.

In Pardubice, Czech Republic, a group of pro-Palestinian activists from an unknown organization called Earthquake Faction set fire to a manufacturing facility belonging to L.P.P., a company that produces drones for Ukraine. The activists claim that this is a โproduction site for Israeli weapons,โ which is, of course, nonsense. LPP signed a memorandum years ago with the Israeli company Elbit Systems to manufacture drones in the event that the Czech Army ordered them. Which did not happen. Given that no one knows anything about the Earthquake Faction, their website was launched this week, the company manufactured primarily for Ukraine, and Russia has a history of several terrorist attacks, acts of sabotage, and attempted ones, in Czechia, I canโt help but say that this seems suspicious to me, to say the least. In any case, I hope the perpetrators are caught, whether they are pro-Palestinian activists or Russians, and that they are charged and sentenced to a long prison term for a terrorist attack. The secret services are already looking into the case.

Finn was the most interesting character by far! He had the coolest backstory. NO FAN disliked him. We did hate that Disney didnโt use him properly. Hereโs a guy who was a stormtrooper. Does he feel angst about killing other troopers? Does he raise a legion of redeemed former-imperials? No. He shoots down stormtroopers with obvious glee and becomes just a dull sidekick.
The fans wanted more. I agree maybe Disney was racist. But the fans werenโt.
