@L4MBENTLUCKY Yeah, we noticed that right away. After a few matches, I was used to it. Still not hitting shots or moving like I used to...but I'll get used to it again before EDay (assuming that has barrel shot).

@BChapy I went back to G5 last weekend and the camera shake was very noticeable after playing Reloaded since its release.

Just played CTF on G5, and it was surprisingly fun. Not sure why we never played that more... Gridiron died quickly, but I enjoyed that mode. I completely forgot about CTF though...some pretty fun matches!

@L4MBENTLUCKY I've asked @CoalitionGears for a dedicated roll button in Gears for about a decade now. Maybe for E-Day? I'm sure my friends are tired of me sounding like a broken record...

@BChapy I’ve actually been practicing alt with paddles a lot lately. It’s just tough after playing default up till UE and Tournament since. It’s definitely a mind game I’m just tired of rolling.

If you’re not using a Gamesir controller on Xbox what are you doing!??

@L4MBENTLUCKY I played tournament before getting the elite. Moved cover to a paddle and never looked back. Now bumpers are just reload and tac-com. Neither of those require a hard/fast press, so it's not too abrasive.

@BChapy Damn, I really like the elite and the paddles are perfect. I play tournament so the LB takes a beating.

@L4MBENTLUCKY Had an elite S1 since it came out. Replaced grips 2 years ago. Upgraded to a S2 this past year. I see lots of people having issues, but I've never had bad sticks/bumpers/etc. Just the occasional grip peeling.

@BChapy I don’t see how you keep an Elite controller working. I would get stick drift or bumpers break in just a few weeks.

@L4MBENTLUCKY I would consider the zen zero. I'm happy with my elite controller. ...but if I ever need to replace it, @mygamesir would be a top contender. Hard to find a nice wireless controller for XB with custom buttons for a reasonable price.

@BChapy I’ve got the Fallen Feathers wireless controller. It’s ugly but was $80. The Zoneless Zen Zero doesn’t look bad IMO.

When I moved in vs now! Did everything myself except for countertops :) Was nervous doing some big things myself, but REALLY happy with how it turned out. In particular: - Custom island - Custom Doors/Drawers - Backsplash - Opening the wall (and adding outlets)

How have there been this many @GearsofWar games, and none of them feature a dedicated roll button? I want to get Seriously on Reloaded, but when I only have 5-6hr a week to play Xbox, it's hard to justify spending that time on a game that causes so much frustration...

This is why we can't have nice things...

Gears question for ya... Is there any way on any Gears game to set my controller up so that: A = Cover & Roadie Run X = Roll ...or ideally Paddle (rather than X) = Roll on elite controller PC or Console, either is fine. I really just want to use a controller with a dedicate roll

@TYPOGRAPH1C I don't play that many games. It would be much cheaper to just do the basic $10/m plan and then buy the games I wanna play. ...or, you know, just play on PC without a subscription :p

$30 is looking steep for many. $20 already felt like one of the most "premium" monthly subscriptions people owned. At $30, I'll likely downgrade to Premium or the PC only tier, if it fits my household's needs. Can't justify the increase when I mostly play a handful of titles.

@_Loryat That said, that's all for a 2+HP router. If going for a palm router or something, IDK. I haven't looked too much. I've used the Dewalt and Milwaukee palm/battery ones, and they're both pretty nice. But I haven't used them much.

@_Loryat I got the DW618PKB (Dewalt). I have the fixed-base hooked up to my Bosch RA1181 router table. The plunge base is kept separate, so that I can move the router between bases easily. For a router, I like my Dewalt, but I'd also strongly consider Bosch 1617EVSPK.

Made 20 new cabinet doors for the kitchen over the weekend. LOTS of planing, routing, cutting, sanding, gluing. Not looking forward to sanding, painting, and installing, but excited that this year-long kitchen renovation is almost complete!
