These are public assets funded by citizens. The belief that taxpayer-funded property can be wrecked without consequences is incubated in toxic campuses like JNU. Many later morph as overground academics or netas, justifying the bloody brutal violence as 'structural' (We have an inclusive list of Mishra, Yadav, Ali, Babu, Kumar debarred. So at least admin cant be accused of fifty shades of intersectional discrimination)
