We searched for a truck on Inis Oírr that we heard was selling her father's fresh crab but I didn't see it, would love to find that one. The food in The Burren is amazing!

The Health Minister is expecting early this week to receive a few options around updating the vaccine rollout plan but it’s unclear if a recommendation will be ready for the cabinet meeting tomorrow afternoon.
