@SkyHelpIreland Worst customer service ever! Upgraded to a new iPhone 17 pro max and getting no mobile service. It’s a known problem in the UK if huge problems with Sky and 17 pro max. I have not had phone calls or text for 3 days! Told will call back, that was an hour ago.

@SkyHelpIreland I assume you’re message don’t get looked at, over 2 months waiting on an engineer and everytime we call we have to explain the situation over and over again, all for nothing because nothing gets done, absolutely horrendous customer service

@SkyHelpIreland @SkyIreland How are folk finding the Sky glass set up? Got it there last week and it’s been an absolute disaster. Not to mention Skys brilliant customer service! Been a Sky customer for longer than I can remember. For the cost (huge) it’s a brutally bad service

@SkyHelpIreland when I ring my wife (moved from Vodafone) & son on their Sky mobiles, I’m regularly greeted by “SORRY THIS NUMBER DOESN’T EXIST”. Their coverage is abysmal too-it was to be on the Vodafone network but it seems to me that it’s only like Vodafones surplus capacity?
