I think you’ve just got to give the club a chance after hiring Alonso. Not many fans thought we’d get him, of course that’s the level of manager Chelsea should always be getting but still, it happened. Last summer sources were telling me the club would “double down” on the model and I disagreed with that, I think the UCL & CWC money and position of strength should have been used to sign big hitters. The end of the month and July should be busy. This summer, a new manager, a fresh start, hopefully more leaders and proven experience, more maturity and a removal of previous mistakes, is the hope. Obviously though, no one is hiding away from the fact that sustainability needs to happen more than ever now.

The expectation is that Real Madrid will approach Chelsea around Enzo Fernandez, however Chelsea are in a very strong negotiation position and would be happy if he stays if £120m is not met. Enzo will have to do his part to persuade Chelsea to let him go. (@JacobsBen)

Baleba at LB? He'll cost roughly 100m, this is Brighton. You spending that to play him out of position? 80-90m on Adam Wharton, if you can get him to prioritize Chelsea over every other option he has, only to play him next to Caicedo, he's even more of a liability than Enzo.

There’s no like for like replacement for Enzo Fernandez out there.
The earlier y’all realize this, the better for you.
Either you replace him with a goal scoring midfielder or a defensive midfielder who doesn’t have his passing ability.
You can’t get any midfielder in the world right now that will offer you what Enzo brings to this team.
Enzo is one of one.

Good signings or not are totally subjective.
I’m here to say you don’t need to panic and they will sign players, who Chelsea will end up with? Who knows.
I have NEVER said hey look, Chelsea are signing 3-5 players and they’re all going to be amazing.
The point is no one really knows who they’re going to sign! It’s being kept secret!

This is still the case. Be wary of people shouting names or advancements every day. Just simply not the case this summer as I revealed on June 4th. Sources close to and inside Chelsea are keeping the specific names they are working on quiet. Multiple deals being worked on in and out, with at least one defender, a midfielder and a versatile attacker being looked at. Potential for more depending on opportunities / further sales. W/ @TheBluesFeed
