A recent @CFIBNews survey shows 2/3rds of owners say it's a top issue & 1/2 saw premiums jump 10%+ in 1 year.

Small biz keeps 2-4x more money in local communities than chains. But since 2020, retail rents are up 67% with zero tenant protections.

Unlike tax cuts, which often benefit high earners who save more, wage increases for lower-income workers often flow immediately back into local economies.
