EVM replacement is not possible. Every EVM has a unique number and each VVPAT has a unique number. Those circulating videos are carrying dummy EVMs. It seems like an attempt to create panic, and initially many of us did get worried. So relax, everything is fine.

Fully agree with Saumitra Khan of BJP word by word. Every stage of West Bengal poll gets forged and manipulated by none other than the State Government Officers. TMC hardly has any role in the whole program. DM, SP, ADM, SDO, BDO Jt. BDO i.e. IAS, IPS WBCS (Executives) of all ranks & capacities allegedly engage in manipulation and forgery of various kinds with the help of their 'hands' who may be lower ranking or otherwise. EVM-SWAP is allegedly a very important step in the complete poll forgery-program conducted by the West Bengal Govt officers and their 'hands'. Polled EVMs allegedly get SWAPPED in the DCRC and/or in the Strong Room with PRE-FORMATTED EVMS which are kept reserved in the DM/SDO office.

@UGunmen12892 Yes, Form 17C includes the Control Unit, Balloting Unit, and VVPAT numbers. These are verified and matched before the machines are moved into the strong room.
