Apart from the increase in absolute votes, there are zilch Chhapa Votes. The TMC is rattled for this very reason.. BJP needs 5% swing to overtake TMC. It is coming from No Chhapa Votes, Anti incumbency and Hindus consolidation. 93% is definitely for the change.

Based on non political, non journalistic inputs from the ground, BJP might have already crossed its total tally of 77 in 2021 Assembly in the first phase of West Bengal elections. It shouldn’t come as a surprise if BJP bags 100 out of the 152 seats which went to polls in the first phase. Also there are hardly a dozen and odd seats which can be termed as sure shot victories for TMC in the second phase. These second phase seats, by the way, are in Districts which are considered TMC strongholds. This West Bengal election might throw some very interesting numbers. The index of Unity Hindu might turn out as one of the highest in any state assembly elections in recent times. Mamata is banking on three segments - Muslims, beneficiaries and women voters. But support for her in the third category is going to see a major dent. The elite aside, middle class in Kolkata and suburbs is fed up of TMC. Corruption, goondaism and Muslim appeasement are going to be Mamata’s nemesis. Even the level five TMC worker owns a Scorpio. In a state where genuine businesses find it difficult to operate, such a spectre is frustrating and infuriating. Ordinary Panchayat members can be seen going on yearly foreign vacations. People are also fed up of TMC’s continuous posturing against Centre. Mamata has overplayed this card to the point that Middle Class Bengali is asking “Why? Aren’t we a part of India?” There is a strong realisation that Bengali sense of alienation and supremacy hasn’t done anything good for the state. Middle class Bengalis are comparing the stagnation and lack of development in Bengal with the turnaround, howsoever slow, in states like UP. BJP has played its cards well and by not pitching it as Modi versus Mamata stopped the election from becoming it about regional pride. A crucial differentiator this time is also the fact that TMC has not been able to intimidate the voters. On May 4, the end to Mamata’s tyranny looks a real possibility.

Guys, Phase-1 has been a real TSUNAMI for BJP. HINDUS has come out like a pack. The details coming from TMC circle, I-Pac members after yesterday's voters turnout has shocked TMC to the core. Even WOMEN VOTERS has supported @BJP4Bengal this time in large numbers. Internal figures are staggering, TMC's internal assessment has disturbed Mamata badly, even Abhishek is shocked. Today early morning he even said in his inner circle, that they never expected that ANGER/ HATRED against TMC would be so huge. It's easily 100 + for BJP in Phase - 1, and trust me guys these were exact internal words which came out from Kalighat. Voters consolidation behind BJP is enormous. BJP too isn't believing such huge backing and is taking it lightly. But fact is PHASE - 1 has been total rout for TMC which who's who of Power Circle close to Mamata & Abhishek are excepting. If such momentum continues in Phase- 2 than revised assessment as of today for BJP is easily 185+ PORIBORTAN HOCCHE, BANGLA KESARIYA HOCCHE is real pulse on ground.
