I get so many pitches for news that is embargoed for one to three days from when an email is sent. Most of the time, that's simply not enough time for me to set up and conduct interviews and then write a thoughtful story. The more advanced notice you give reporters, the better your chances of coverage. It's very straightforward.

Legacy DLR approaches either (A) rely on hardware, which is expensive and slow, or (B) use weather models that do not have the required resolution and are not safe for use in line ratings - and engineers know it. Gridraven has fixed it. Our AI wind prediction is accurate exactly where power lines are. It's already being switched on across all of Finland in the world's largest application of DLR. After 4+ years and over 1K stories, today is my last day as a staff writer at TechCrunch. I am so grateful for this experience.
