For a company that prides itself on making everyone feel welcomed and at home, our Thanksgiving experience was far from that. Cracker Barrel, I truly expected more. Please make the experience you promote a reality for every customer. Do better.

the manager told us our order didn’t exist — even though we had an email confirmation and order number. Being told “there’s nothing we can do” and offered only a single to-go plate — nowhere near what we originally ordered — was unacceptable. No thank you.
