@canva I’ve tried everything to get back into my Canva account on desktop. This has been a problem since yesterday! I am locked out with server error a0d9099a5e3f5b9b-VIE and the support form requires me to log in to report it.

My daughter trying to create a birthday card for a grandfather figure person called Steve using canva. Steve loves WWII stuff so we tried to search for "Thompson Machine Gun" and canva told her off with this shit: "Your search violates our content policy." Perfect.

Hi @canva, your AI support bot is completely broken and crashes with a system error every time I try to ask for a refund. I canceled my Pro subscription today immediately after being charged €12 on my card. I need manual support to process my refund. Thank you.

If your design will not download, try these first: make sure any uploads have finished processing, clear your browser cache and cookies then refresh, update your browser or try a different one, check your design size is within 40x40px to 8000x3125px, and if it is a video keep it to 30 minutes or less. Hello, Himanshu. Could you please confirm whether you're referring to using Magic Media to generate AI images? Each time you click Generate images, Magic Media creates a new set of images based on the prompt you provide. Every image that is generated counts toward your monthly AI usage allowance, and each generated image consumes one AI credit. You can always track your AI usage with the AI usage tracker here: canva.com/help/ai-access/. Hope this helps!
