At the Drake Relays, Hinton's Divis twins place in the top 10 in the shot put. Carson took 5th in the boys event with a throw of 55-11.50. Morgan took 8th in the girls event with a mark of 40-07.50.

Colton Hall won the shot put tonight at the Blackhawk Relays with a throw of 50’5”. Congratulations, Colton!

Tentative lists of Drake Relays accepted entries have been announced. Included are Hinton's Morgan Divis in girls shot put, Carson Divis in the boys shot put as well as the Hinton girls 4x100 team of Chloe Pigott, Rori Koch, Adalyn Ortegren and Addison Dunkel.

Carson Divis of @hinton_track is one of the individuals who has already met the Blue Standard for the Drake Relays, doing so in the shot put.

The Hinton Blackhawk track and field team ran at the MOCFV quad meet last night. Following are the meet highlights: Carson Divis did it again throwing a new school record 57’6” for the win. Logan Coffee placed 2nd in both the 110 high and 400 meter low hurdles.

Not the opener I was expecting with 51ft and 3rd place but just have to move on to the next meet at vermillion.

The shot put is now final at Mount Marty. 130 throwers from four states today and Carson Divis finishes 2nd overall. Congratulations, Carson!

Coach Hoffman’s throwers do it again! Carson Divis took 1st,Brooks Binneboese took 5th,and Colton Hall took 6th,all with season PR’s.To top that, Carson’s winning throw of 54’6 1/2” breaks the school record of 54’set in 2007 by Eli Kroll.Congratulations Div!

Unfortunately no video but a huge pr of 54-06.50 and a school record one more indoor meet them on to outdoor excited to see how the outdoor season will go.

Opened up my junior season with 52"11' excited to see how the rest of the season will go.
