LeMars Track

The Le Mars track teams will head to MOC-Floyd Valley for their SQM. Hinton and K-P/WC/RV are heading to Sioux Central Gehlen, Akron-Westfield, MMCRU, and Remsen St. Mary’s are going to Lawton-Bronson. SQM’s are being held Thursday, May 14.

4x200M Relay Team of Navarrete, McInnis, Augustine, and Grant continue a strong day at the USD Battle of the Border with another runner up finish in a time of 1:31.72

Tegan Bogh finishes runner up in a time of 15.29 at the USD Battle of the Border.

Andrew Grant runs 51.63 to finish 5th on the podium in all classes against a great field.

Rolling, Jalas, Nolan, and Kopperud run away with the 4x400M Relay title in a time of 3:56.47.

Jimmy Nolan places 4th in the 800M Run 2:23.92 to make his way onto the podium.

4x100M Relay of Howell, Hector, Jalas, and Richey post another podium finish taking 2nd in the event.

Kopperud, Navarrete, Richey, and Howell kick off the 2026 SC Relays with a win in the 4x200.

For the third time this year, the @LeMarsCommTrack 110m Hurdle record falls as Wichieng Hosnyang runs a time of 14.68 to place 6th in Class 3A in the finals. He earns Le Mars a medal in his final competition as a Bulldog.

Evan Brennan caps off a great career with a 5th place showing in the 400M Dash and 3rd place finish in the 800M Run Ambulatory Divison.

.@LeMarsCommTrack's Tycen Augustine runs a time of 56.37 and places 18th in the Class 3A 400m hurdles.

The @LeMarsCommTrack 4x100m Relay team of Israel Beltran, Tycen Augustine, Tegan Bogh, and Tate Murphy runs a time of 44.26 and that is good for 23rd in the preliminary round. Cutoff time for the finals was 42.99.

.@LeMarsCommTrack's Evan Brennan finishes the 800m Ambulatory race in a time of 3:14.49 and places third in the event. A great debut for Brennan and Le Mars in the ambulatory division this year!

.@LeMarsCommTrack's 4x200m Relay team of Israel Beltran, Andrew Grant, Tate Murphy, and Wichieng Hosnyang runs a time of 1:30.03 to finish 2nd in their heat and unofficially 11th overall in Class 3A.

Wichieng Hosnyang competes in his second event of the weekend for @LeMarsCommTrack running the 110m hurdles in a time of 14.79. That time is good for 6th in the prelims, and Hosnyang is on to the finals! Those will be run tomorrow at 1:15 PM.

The @LeMarsCommTrack team can now lay claim to an ambulatory state competitor in the 400m dash for the first time ever. Evan Brennan finishes 5th in the all-class, six-man race with a time of 1:26.01. That beat his seed time from the SQM by four seconds.

The high jump run for @LeMarsCommTrack's Wichieng Hosnynang comes to an end clearing 6'1" and missing three jumps at 6'3". Hosnyang finishes in 11th place in Class 3A.

.@LeMarsCommTrack's Wichieng Hosnyang clears the opening height of 5'11" on his second jump. They'll raise the bar to 6'1" for the next round of jumpers.
