My letter (offer) to the leaders of our 804 High School Football Programs. Coach; Hopefully your off-season is going well. Since coverage of HS Football by the RTD and other sources of HS Football content are shrinking rapidly, the need to recognize the accomplishments of your players is more important than ever! Whether you have NIL prospects or kids with parents that want their athlete to just have a great college experience, PLAYERS must find ways to tell their stories. I am seeing more and more players following me on X (Twitter) and when they post milestones in their development (including college offers) I repost them and they are seen by fans, rivals, and College Coaches. I was inspired to continue (and expand) this following a recent post from a rising Senior on an elite 804 team. The off season is a great time to widen your social media net backed by our Radio Game of the Week package including the “Thursday Walk Thru” These steps are easy and right now time is on our side. The OFF-SEASON is the time to check these boxes. 1. Share my X account with your football community. @CoachCriz  NOT my e-mail address. 2. Follow me yourself (plus your staff) and have everyone send @CoachCriz photos / videos from workouts, fund raisers, 7 on 7, academic awards … you name it. 3. I am available to help your program in any way I can. Just ask. 4. Consider putting a trustworthy student in charge of these “publications”- acting like a College SID recognizing that there are more jobs available off the field than on it. Thanks. Coach Criz
