Banks isn’t just leading EYBL in pick-and-roll creation – she’s operating at a frequency and efficiency that translates directly to high-major basketball. What the 9.0 PnR PPG Really Means This isn’t empty volume. Banks is creating nearly a possession per game more than her closest competitor while maintaining elite sample size. That’s the profile of a primary engine, not a complementary piece. Sustaining that level of creation over 22 games against elite competition shows college coaches exactly what they’re getting. The Translation Blueprint Banks has the three-level threat coaches look for. Her pull-up from 18 feet punishes drop coverage. Her floater package attacks ICE and switching.
