But with more events across the season total attendance will be up.

Average NBL crowd numbers are down by about 5K this season. I wonder why?
The Ignite Cup (and its scheduling) were not handled well. Mid week games did not go down well with fans.

I never understood stuff like this. Why can’t you just give credit to a tassie team that’s playing well and got a road win? You don’t get to the top of the table at this time of year not knowing how to coach. We didn’t play well enough to win tonight, it’s basketball

@nblfacts This misses all the "hockey assists" that Bryce does not get credited with. He gets his numbers without chasing them. The team is more connected than last year. This is what Bryce and Cheatham bring.

@ChrisAnstey13 At least with DMac you can see him on the sidelines trying to set some standards unlike Lash. Effort and energy shouldn't be something he has to coach at a pro level but that's what he's going to have to do with this group. Feel for him.

@21alvx @ESPNNBA @malika_andrews No. It's definitely a weaker class in terms of the NBA. Most of those players had their success Internationally. Kirilenko and Gasol are the only real notable NBA players on that list.

@mwortho33 Disrespectful is right. There are coaches all over the world who work on their craft day in day out for years to get ready for a head coaching role. Unique skill set to be a head coach of a league like the NBL. You don't just walk into it skipping steps.

From what I’ve heard Stu is a great guy and it’s not his fault he took the job but he was never going to be the answer.
Brisbane also hampered by injuries which muddy’s the water but the Bullets need a basketball head coach.

He won’t get the credit he deserves but DJ’s was massive for the @Adelaide36ers today. Deflections , charges and played the last shot from Doolittle super smart. Did everything well and was his normal potential self on the other end too.

@CoachDuncanBerg Did they generate anything out of it later? Presume a natural read to top blocking was McVeigh backcutting but as you said allowed the switch back. Andrews was the guy who had a slip opportunity if he got out of it quick instead of wrestling with defender.

A couple times Cairns have run this splits action, where instead of taking the 1-4 switch McVeigh curls it and allows them to switch back with ease. Not sure what they are trying to generate. #NBL26
