@antonosika I think countries like Sweden and rest of Europe have been gradually parting ways. If you try to build something in Hungary you'll drown in taxes and paperwork.

Since we started, I was repeatedly told that if you want to build a serious AI company, move to San Francisco. We chose Europe, and have never looked back. Today millions of people turn their ideas to products and businesses on our platform. A large chunk of them are European. Some of the best engineers I know are moving home to do their best work here in Europe. The talent was never the problem. The belief that you could build from here was. At Lovable, we’re laser focused on building the best platform for anyone to create software and run their business, securely. A part of this platform is intelligence. We run on a variety of models, always using the most capable for the task, to provide the best user experience, and build resilience. Sovereignty isn't isolationism, it’s building resilience. Europe needs to do the same. The talent and demand is here, we just need regional infrastructure to match it.

Prediction: Next time Fable becomes publicly available it will be worse with more guardrails, and you'll have to pay per usage if you're a serious user (subscribers will get the freemium treatment).

5 million humanoid robots working 24/7 can build Manhattan in ~6 months. now just imagine what the world looks like when we have 10 billion of them by 2045. now imagine the year 2100.

That gamedev "is becoming AI native". You implied that that'll be the new norm for everyone to rely on AI. I think AI will be a subset of the games - however many will still make games hand-coded because it gives a higher degree of control that AI can't achieve due to the limitations of the prompt itself.

Game development is becoming AI-native. Epic just showed where Unreal is going: LLMs, generative AI, Claude, Codex, and MCP. Not as a gimmick. As infrastructure. If AI-driven game development offends you, there's always basket weaving. Progress is not asking permission.
