If you’re in Orange County, stay away from @CoxComm - it’s an absolute scam with zero customer service or help, even in store. You can’t speak to anyone on the phone who can help, they send you to store, then store sends you back to customer service. Absolute garbage. Do better.

@CoxHelp explain to me how a contract I signed EIGHT YEARS AGO auto renews with NO NOTICE TO ME of the renewal and no notice provided to me of any new contract. On your website it says I’m not subject to ANY contracts yet when I try to cancel you magically say I have to pay a termination fee due to an 8 year old contract you don’t even show record of?
