So a friend has 2 windows shot out overnight (entry/exit point) to car, footmarks where shooter blvd to have stood less than a mile from nearest police base .... and @SurreyPolice say they wont attend. Family of colour and young baby under 1 at the premises. Terrible!

We are investigating after a complaint from a member of the public that a fake social media account had been created in their name and had been used to send indecent messages. The offence being investigated is one of malicious communications - sending indecent or grossly offensive communication to cause distress or anxiety. The messages are of an incredibly serious nature and have caused serious concern for the victim. Officers made a number of attempts to speak to a suspect, a teenage girl, at her home address in Walsall earlier this month as part of the investigation. On 13 September, we spoke to the girl’s mother at her home and explained we needed to speak to her daughter and recover her mobile phone as part of the investigation. The following day, the girl attended a police station for a voluntary interview, and the investigation continues. We are aware of a brief and heavily edited video clip showing part of the 13 September visit. @policeconduct @metpoliceuk In most other organisations it is called 'banter' and be a coping mechanism after dealing with traumatic events. It happens in other emergency services, our military, even Uncle Fred's office though there is a very, very, very fine line before something is illegal

@SamsungUK Well had a call back - two people, different departments. Such a shame that gheyndobt know about UK consumer protection laws. According to @SamsungUK if something is a free gift with a purchase then it automatically voids the warranty??

Absolutely useless @SamsungUK. Nearly 2 hours on a webcam, fobbed off from department to department. Trying to get an non repairable item replaced, just 6 months old. Awful service, clueless staff
