This is a good primer on today’s hearing in the Tyler Robinson case. Defense lawyers are demanding cameras be completely banned from the courtroom and another six-month delay before the preliminary hearing starts. Months into the proceedings and it’s been nonstop fights over clothing, photographer rules, and now they're pushing for a total media blackout. Fox News legal analyst Josh Ritter: “With all of this kind of delay, it does seem at this point that it is a tactic to never really get this case off of the ground."

BREAKING NEWS🚨 Tyler Robinson's defense team has just explosively revealed that neither the ATF nor the FBI will hand over their DNA analysis files for the case despite multiple requests. Defense team: “We know these data files exist because we have summary ATF and FBI reports summarizing the analysis which go back to September… so why hasn't the FBI turned over this data yet? Why hasn't the ATF communicated why it has not?"

The defense just informed the judge that the Feds want the case to go forward with the inability for the defense to access anything beyond their summary conclusions. He makes it clear it is specifically Kash Patel's FBI ——(not Utah state) that is refusing to meet the discovery requests.

Tyler Robinson's defense is making a perfectly reasonable request to be granted a continuance because the ATF and FBI will not hand over files they have had since September. Erika's lawyers are fighting this continuance—they want the preliminary hearing to go forward. They claim they have enough circumstantial evidence, and they plan to object to some of the discovery requests anyway. Why would they object to the discovery requests? Why would they want the case to go forward without the FBI and ATF having produced the DNA data and chain of custody pertaining the very videos they plan to present at the probably cause hearing? This is outrageous. This case SHOULD NOT GO FORWARD until the defense is given the discovery that Kash Patel is withholding.

Here’s the good news, this woman has made herself an absolute anathema to any rational conservative, and that includes those who serve in office. Trump wants nothing to do with her. Vance wants nothing to do with her. I don’t think any elected Republican would be willing to appear in a photo with her at this point. No one‘s going to want her endorsement and no one‘s gonna see any sort of advantage in being connected to her. So yeah, it may drive clicks. But it’s made her a fringe, untouchable figure. And that’s a good thing.
