Realme Dizo Buds P Left earbud stopped working after about 6 months. I gave it to customer care under warranty. I got it back after 2 days, the left earbud was broken again. They are refusing to give a product replacement. One of the worst experiences I've had. @DIZOTech

Hi @DIZOTech , I am disgusted by your support. I filed my Watch R for warranty on Jan 25. I haven't gotten any response or even any update on this. If you can't provide a replacement then you should refund. If I get no response, I will escalate this to the @jagograhakjago

@DIZOTech Never buy dizo products they don't give any warranty. When you go to claim the warranty they simply reject the product in the name of scratches. My watch is having a charging issue but rejected to solve because it has some scratches on the screen. (cheaters)

Yesterday I visit dizo service center for warranty claim to repair my dizo watch r but, they rejected my claim give excuses tht scratches on my device... But my watch condition is very good.@DIZOTech .this is the worst service experience I ever seen. Thanks @DIZOTech .

@DIZOTech DIZO sells JUNK PRODUCT and backs it up with JUNKIER AFTER SALES SUPPORT. The JUNK bricked in two months and the replacement JUNK also bricked in the next two month. It is more than a month since I handed over the watch for replacement and still waiting. IN02-144R230224001

@DIZOTech Dizo sells ABSOLUTE JUNK. Their watch bricks every two months and you have to go through a horror story to get a replacement every time. ABSOLUTE JUNK BACKED UP WITH JUNKIER CUSTOMER "SUPPORT" - Twenty days and still counting for the news of my replacement. - IN02-144R230224001
