Coastguards from Polzeath, Boscastle & Padstow rescued two teens cut off by the tide near Greenaway Beach. A rope tech abseiled down the unstable cliff face and rescued them safely. Always check the tide times. In an emergency, call 999 and ask for the Coastguard.

#specialconstable Terry’s shift began with a burglary report at a building site, which turned out to be a tradesman working extra hours. He assisted with arrest inquiries, conducted victim and witness welfare checks, and attended multiple breakdowns across the county. #sc #police

In other news, yesterday I ran my first ever #UltraMarathon. The route traversed Dartmoor from South to North, totalling 48K. It was a great day, very boggy and elevation I can only describe as beastly. Loved it. Recovering today, but looking forward to the next one 🏅
