@TrickTrickms No, reason being is that every game has subs and and every game fights for your time, which also adds up. I feel maybe offering a similiar style of a "optional membership"for additional cosmetics, without needing to slave a season pass every season. Can opt in/out per month

New Worlds servers may still be live til ??, but the announcement yesterday was the death knell, after the game saw 30-40k concurrents on Steam alone since the recent expansion. Sure you can play and the game is the best it’s been. But no one is queueing activities. No one is doing invasions so cities will see downgrades. The exodus will be quick and it sucks. I expect servers to shut down by July. This sucks so bad for that community and the game’s devs .

@JakeSucky yeah, doing it after they milked players for years upon years, increased cost of membership to insane levels, and more. $99.99 for premiere club when i used to pay $60-70. and f2p is basically slaving to get p2p.

@playnewworld a huge mistake, everyone is saying games good then you shut it down. plenty of revenue streams, plenty of options to renew playerbases. could have went f2p or limited time f2p and then put the game on sale. you have a chance to save this game. do it.
