Nope, she's saying people are more willing to help single dads even w/o them seeking out assistance. Its less likely that a new girl/wife will abuse those kids. Women have to be extremely cautious bringing another man around their kids. Family members are less judgmental when a father needs childcare bc they see it as them being extraordinary, whereas single mothers are seen as a burden when they do it.
