As an attorney herself, THAT’s the part of the legal process she is focused on now? Where has she been as an attorney this whole time? Instead of sitting back and waiting for things to play out through our justice system, the one she is supposed to respect and uphold, she has not only refused to condemn conspiracy theorists and grifters like CO but has actually entertained them. She is the one who lacks respect for Erika and the Kirk family. Shes just the newest to have lost all of my respect and attention.

Megyn Kelly tells the Judge over Tyler Robinson’s case to respect Erika Kirk and stop calling her "Miss" - he needs to call her "Mrs." "Show some respect! Get it right!" she yells. This is embarrassing. After allowing Candace Owens and others to drag Erika Kirk through the mud, and even blame her for what happened to Charlie and never saying a word - and even defending the people who have made Erika's life a nightmare to this day - THIS is how she stands up for her??? Megyn Kelly needs to stop. Just. Stop.

Imagine buying a house without even telling your wife and giving her a chance beforehand to have an opinion. I don’t have to imagine. I’ve been living in it for 8 1/2 years and YES, he could’ve afforded better cuz we still aren’t even close in remodeling all of it since of course, he saves so much on the price but still won’t spend for professionals to do anything. Nah, we gotta do it all ourselves. Like we have that kind of time with 3 kids and him working a full time job that includes overnight travel. I fear we will never get out of this house that doesn’t work for our family that has grown by 2 more kids. The home HE chose, not me. I will say the outside looks rough but this inside is NOTHING compared to what we moved into.

No not all. That’s not how it works. At the time of sentencing, the precise terms and conditions of the defendant’s probation are all laid out and ordered by the court. If he’s back in court it’s because probation either filed to violate him or this review hearing was already set in advance to see if there was anything left he was ordered to do. Here he still had a fine to pay. The judge found out that a probation officer had without the authority changed the terms and conditions of his probation that the judge had ordered.

Correct! They spent it like after her and Richard broke up. BUT, it was well after her and chandler had gotten serious…. And one of Ross’s weddings was abroad in England. By tradition, the parents of the bride are typically expected to pay for the wedding and they had nothing to kick in for Monica. Truly unfair to her.

@Culturedredneck @LangmanVince Hollow points are for handguns is my understanding and when you put it close enough to a brain or anything vital, it’s gonna be for killing and for one shot only.

Soft point is for killing , mushrooms out breaks bones big cavity wound , that's what we use for elk bison deer and hogs, hollow points are defensive rounds, except there are a few hollow points for such as 7mm magnums and other caliber long guns but they also mushroom out to create a larger hole

Do I believe that Konrath would’ve done what he said and planned to do? Absolutely. Dude is so “above the law,” it’s ridiculous. All he did was continue to get himself in trouble and additional charges even when he got a sweet ass plea deal. Time served (after he got his bond revoked for attempted murder for more felonies that violated no contact orders) and then he ends of getting a few months of time served and 5 years on house arrest. He gets attempted murder dismissed, invasion of privacy (no contact order) dismissed, issuing an unlawful prescription by a licensed medical practitioner dismissed (that was so he could try to locate his ex gf who had went to the police), but the two felony stalking charges (up to 5 years each got pled to, time served of a few months and 5 years of house arrest. That was it.) Within 10 days, he cut his ankle bracelet and fled. They caught him in AZ right at the border (we all knew he was going to Mexico given the much earlier forensic searches of his technology). That’s cuz it turns out, he had a “wife” he was “supporting” who lived in Mexico. Then he caught a felony charge of escape by a convicted felon and his probation revoked. He then had to serve I believe 8 years. So many pro se post conviction motions he filed afterwards. All were denied. Scary that this man is out and walks amongst us now.

Apparently they were soft point which based on the description sound like hollow points would be from a semi handgun. They’re meant to bounce around and not exit so to speak in the not most sensitive terms. I actually worked closely on a case and found the state case law Collier vs State of Indiana that got Dr. Gregory Konrath a plea deal that dismissed the attempted murder charge against his ex-wife Ana. He had planned so much and plotted hollow points in her nightstand, suicide note, he chose those bullets specifically to ensure one shot to the head would be enough. I believe “scramble” her brain was the term he used. No suicide victim shoots themselves twice in the head. Very interesting case. Terrible job by local law enforcement. They acted way too soon based on the case law but imagine barney fife’s who recently completely dropped the ball on a buglarly. They had info to know it was planned. They were staked out right there and they still missed it. So it went from attempted to actual burglarly. Silly gooses. You can catch that episode of Konrath “What the Doctor Ordered” on like Dateline 20/20. He is very much the way portrayed. I had numerous enounters/convos with him through legal representation. He’s not a very big man, but he sure is the most arrogant, narcissistic, ego-centric, self believed ladies man but they all just want his surgeon money especially when he was once making at least 1.5 million dollars a year out of Chicago but as soon as that divorce and split came, oh he moved and took a surgical position in small town Peru, IN at a C level hospital making only $600k a year. I say “only.” Lol. You should look it up and then once you have just even the basic facts of the timing of the arrest, go look up Collier Vs. state of Indiana and read those facts and that dude came way closer. The only reason he didn’t get to try at his ex wife was because he was drunk driving all that way but he was lying and waiting, just passed out before her hospital shift was over to get close enough. He originally was only charged with open container, DUI, PI. No they had to come back later when they further investigated and got all these witness statements saying he told them before he drove those 2 hours that he was going to kill his ex wife. Still not enough for attempted murder. He had weapons on him too, just ones he’d have to get up close and personal to use like an ice pick. Terrible case law IMO. It should be somewhere in the middle but that’s what I found that got him off for attempted murder. I had just graduated law school at the time and I felt like Collier had made substantial steps, not mere preparation, whereas, if that’s not true, then there is no way you can argue that Konrath made a substantial step no matter how much preparation he had done when he gets arrested at the local Kroger after a shift in his scrubs picking up some groceries. There has to be a substantial step for attempted. They should’ve waited a bit longer but they could’ve dropped the ball. They should’ve been tracking him and working with state police and Lafayette police where his ex lived. It’s not enough to swarm in and arrest merely over a recorded conversation where he says what he’s planning to do and how he plans to do it and what preparation he has done. At the time of the recording, he’s all the way drunk in Mexico. Interesting case though, especially when you know the case law, if anyone wants to watch it.

Apparently this just happened and I don’t see you asking for any additional information yourself, right? Are you one of those people who just whip out their phones and record like some folks in this video instead of calling 911 for hel, stepping in or doing anything and then go around calling the woman a Karen when she warned then and actually was the one to run across lanes to check on the actual victims whose vehicle got flipped 3 times? You could’ve easily asked the question. @grok is part of this particular separate thread. I’m guessing there is nothing more as I did as the right questions and I would’ve narrowed them down had anything remotely been provided.

I’m trying to understand your English, which is not very good. It’s okay I took way too much French in school to not be able to write or speak in it fluently so many years later as I never used it. There will be a whole separate trial to prove guilty beyond a reasonable doubt for charges filed if the judge finds probable cause (explained above; much lower standard; rules of evidence relaxed/lowered) for the charges to be filed. This preliminary/probable cause hearing is just to start of the criminal judicial process of filling official charges, not finding the defendant guilty or innocent.

@EmAshbrook @Outspoken_Sam They just don't want to accept reality, so from a probable cause hearing you now tell us we don't accept what reality. I feel sorry for me, not be able to understand your precognition of outcome. Although, as you said, it is nowhere near beyond a doubt, apparently you have none.

If Candace Owen who has zero degrees of any kind and zero verifiable facts to support any of her wild and now many debunked conspiracy theories about CK but can proclaim to be a journalist, then I think Ms. Sarah is more than qualified. She has been successful in so many cases/investigations in knowing FOIA laws to get access to info and then discloses that to the public. Sarah is the kind of reporter/journalist that I wanna listen to.

This is the best way of describing her background. She has more than enough education including her associate’s in communication/broadcasting to proclaim to be a self journalist. Is there any evidence that she “sidesteps” facts to support political activism as she is being accused?

Sherrell wanted a response after posting about me for what feels like the thousandth time, so I decided to give her one. But before I do, I want to say something to every person who has overcome addiction - and to those who are still fighting it. This is a safe place for you. I don’t care what color you are, where you come from, or what your past looks like. If you’re trying to turn your life around, I’m rooting for you. God’s grace is bigger than your worst mistake, and your past does not have to define your future. Don’t let people shame you. Ever.

Except she can’t do that unless he agrees to it. He’s not some absent father who has abandoned his kids so she could argue his consent shouldn’t be required. I think his fiancée has a choice to take his name or keep her maiden name or hell, hyphenate if she doesn’t want to have the same last name as his ex wife. First in time is first in right and why should the ex have to change her last name which also means, changing it on all of her legal documents and ostracizing herself from her children’s last name. His fiancée can grow up and deal.

I’ve split up with friends several times bc we wanted to be in different places. This island can get very strong and dangerous rip tides. It’s been reported by some that the tides were getting rough and their boat had started taking on water so they wanted to head out and the victim was chatting up a girl and wanted to stay and said he had a ride back. But you’re right. There’s too many things we don’t know or haven’t been verified and we need to wait for things to all play out. I think it was careless for the sheriff’s not to involve the coast guard until almost 24 hours since his friends last saw him on the island. His last known location. If they had contacted the coast guard, they would’ve been like yea we got a call about him.

Dude, if I was running around social media acting like Candace Owens my husband would have intervened already like 10 times because we have children who would grow up and look at this behavior. I’m honestly beyond flabbergasted that all you have from him is silence. And then on top of it, how does he feel that she is literally obsessed with Erika Kirk’s husband. He was the father of her children. It’s pretty amazing because again if I spent a year obsessing over another man on a daily basis, I’m pretty sure my husband would have a lot to say about it.

Any conservative who supports or who is even entertaining Candace Owen’s wild, unproven, repeated back peddling lies of conspiracy theories while not looking at her full history and questioning like if she were actually his close friend and says I’ll stop if Erika asks me to and then she does multiple times publicly even and yet still goes on and then really turns her finger at his widow when we all knew she was going to be her ultimate target from the get go is not a very intelligent person or they’re grifting on this tragedy like Candace has been and continues to do for months and months even when her lies are being debunked in court.

I do very much understand probable cause hearings and that very standard. Probable cause is based on the totality of the circumstances if reasonable person would believe that this individual committed the crimes being alleged. That is such a low burden of proof and nowhere near beyond a reasonable doubt, which would be required to actually criminally convict someone. I have seen those stand charges being filed but then ultimately dismissed because as discovery and investigation went on, they couldn’t meet their burden. There is more than enough already to demonstrate probable cause to officially charge him. It’s more now about what they will charge him with. There will be multiple charges filed and most of us logical people know based on what’s been presented in court, there’s going to be an extra charge relating to political violence. I think that last part is the real problem some folks have because they just don’t want to accept reality. I don’t think YOU understand hearsay whatsoever which can be quite complicated for some. However, it’s not been in this particular probable cause hearing. If you’d like to point to something(s) you think are “hearsay,” I’m happy to address that.

Also during these proceedings, the defense can cross examine, introduce their own evidence (if they want and they would if they had any that they thought wise to do at this point before getting more info/strategy from the state; ya don’t really show your hand to the state unless you absolutely 1000% can prove) and can also make motions (as the defense has made a few motions). As well as, the fact that for such preliminary hearings such as probable cause hearings, which was the standard for removal hearings and orders to compel for investigation I have filed & handled many of, the rules of evidence are very relaxed and sometimes, fully do not apply at all. That’s what it is bc then there is a whole separate process and much higher burden to prove later.
