I've not been sleeping a whole lot lately. I'm very anxious about the report coming out. Spent the majority of my adult life trying to hold St John Ambulance accountable. I hope this report helps me find some closure so I can move on with my life

SJA has confirmed that the report will be published on 16th March, when every government minister will be abroad. I believe this is a blatant attempt to bury the report. After survivors waiting years for this day, this action shows SJA’s continued contempt for abuse victims

I'll say this again: English, at LC, is taught as one whole unit where EVERYTHING feeds into each other. There are no modules. No stand alone elements. 1/2

@ClaireField2904 @lisalulabelle75 @EmmaKennedy A friend in the US experienced exactly those symptoms… doc put her on Prozac. Asked her about meno and she said my bloods say no! Meanwhile in Ireland I’m having same symptoms- doc does no bloods and prescribes HRT… I feel so much better

@lisalulabelle75 @EmmaKennedy One of my first signs was anxiety, I’ve never experienced that before and just put it down to the mad world we were living in. But can no longer ignore the brain fog, achey muscles, aches in my chest and feeling like I’m not the person I once was. GP appt is now booked.

When I get home I think I’m going to ditch the running/cycling/swimming to keep fit and just buy myself a pair of ski boots for walking the dog. #ski #skifitness #workout
