@DavidMcredmond At least it got you there, which is more than I and my neighbours can say for most of our postal deliveries in the past year. Registered letters and parcels are frequently dumped in the common areas of the apartment block with a signature being forged.

London…you’re having a laugh. Got a taxi from Farringdon to Hampstead. Had a phone call I had to make so couldn’t take the tube. £40!!!! I thought it might be £15-20.

@Postvox Your customer service is lacking, and your delivery driver is either lying or incompetent. Attempted delivery but no answer? I work from home. We have a video door bell. When I reached out to your staff to complain all I got was a copy and pasted answer. Do better.

Left a birthday gift with @Postvox last week in a post office, sent by express, €14 to send. Needs to arrive before Tuesday 12th so sent in loads of time - it’s missing, have to fill out a form. Response says it can take 40-60 days for investigation. Unbelievable.

@Postvox is there an email address for Complaints? The contact us form keeps freezing each time I hit submit. Went to post prepaid packages today in Dunshaughlin and was told “ we don’t have time for this” and that they are sick of @vinted packages coming in
