@Postvox tell me why your customer service agents are calling customers at 6.40pm on a Friday on a UK number and asking for us to call back on a number that doesn't operate after 6pm, oh and then freezing the account, leaving us without access to the account for the full weekend!

@Postvox sent anniversary cards for a July 13 celebration and birthday cards for July 19 from Singapore with a small token kids ornament that landed in Dublin on 6 July. Since then nothing. Is everyone on the system on strike or just given up providing a passable service?

PSA: don't bother sending anything 'express' with @Postvox. Last month I waited over two weeks for one and an enquiry had to be made before it was delivered. Same issue this month. They know their express service is backlogged but are charging people anyway

@Postvox I recieved this letter today regarding an item posted to the US in March which has not been delivered. Letter advises using Registered Post service. Pretty sure this service has been made unavailable? You might let customer sevices know.

@Postvox I ordered 2 new keys for my post box which were to be delivered within 1-2 business days. No sign of them 5 days later and impossible to find an email address to contact you on??
