Excited to see the improvement since starting @ExplosiveMec. In July my 40 was a 7.24 and my vertical was 15.5”. Today I got a 6.54 on my 40 and a 21.1” on my vertical. 0.7 sec off my 40 and almost 6”on my vertical. In order to jump higher, an athlete must overcome gravity by generating high degrees of ground force relative to their body mass. A primary strategy for Jumping Higher should be increasing Relative Squat Strength. Squat ⬆️ Jump ⬆️
