Any money for SEND is welcome but:
£125m extra now for 154 LAs. Currrent deficit for High Needs is £480m.
£125m extra next year. Projected HN deficit for 2021 is £1.6bn. Nothing extra for schools
Extra stale bread at Xmas to keep campaigners quiet. No chance.

We have secured some money for High Needs in LAs but it’s nowhere near enough. WL? know that campaigning is working though...
WL? asks that, if the DfE has £350m just lying around what the hell is it up to with it’s financial planning?
