@SW_Railway shameful service. My husband is a recovering cancer patient with mobility issues. You’ve engineering work on the line to Waterloo we went to Havant to get a direct train to Victoria to avoid bus replacement steps etc. At Havant your staff wouldn’t honour tickets

@SouthernRailUK All of the tickets were rejected Lola and new tickets had to be purchased £32.05. The cost is irritating but the cold hearted lack of understanding or concern by #havantstation staff is shameful
