@willgeosits From the private side perspective, I always look over what they’re given & blend what they have to fit into my system. I think it would be irresponsible on my part to send a kid to school without teaching/exposing them the lifts that are programmed for them.

If the Weightroom looks like every athlete is busy doing something… There’s likely not much happening. Busy isn’t productive. Busy competes with productive training. Productive training looks a lot like a big hangout. Hit a maximal output, rest, chat with teammates, repeat.
