@Coach_Roc3 Basketball shoes. By far best option - I’d argue they’re best training shoes just in general. Can run, cut, decel, jump, lift in them.

@Tony_Villani_ @SHREDmillSpeed I started messing w/10 yd G3 “bursts” & they’ve been money so far. 10 yds: Wk1 - r6 Wk2- r4 Wk3- r3 Wk4- r2 -10-10 fly using this as “primer” during the circuit. Starting it over this month & bumping the resistance down 1 notch each week to finish @ G3 r1 before retesting

All coaches. I love Gear 2 and Gear 3. But coaches...GET CREATIVE. Find something that fits YOUR system. That is what Zac did. The @SHREDmillSpeed is a tool to dose in high intensity acceleration sprints INSIDE the weightroom WITH LIMITED space. Have at it!!!

Too much variation in training disrupts adaptation. If you want the body to respond, send it a consistent message over and over again. For this reason, we keep many things the same in programming for weeks/months on end.
