@jcpenney your customer service is no help. Trying to return clothes bought late Dec. 60 day window ended on 22 but the place we live was hit by blizzard and everything was closed last 2 days. Not good service

@jcpenney seems to be some glitches on your website. I guess I had a Sq. cubic Z. Ring in my cart…u sent me a text, but when I click on the Ring, takes me to Page with pic of Ring/click on Ring but cart won’t open says “Start with an Empty Cart” ??? See images so you can see 👀
