@EladAnter @hhuang123 I hope this will help us take a step towards a standardised VT ablation workflow, akin to AF. You may have seen our study which compared AI to impedance drop. It interesting agrees closely with @EladAnter and your data in that 700-800 is the time when impedance plateaus.

Congrats Henry! However, a word of caution: Ablation Index has limited value for guiding ablation in the ventricle. The formula was not designed for it and very different lesion sizes are obtained with similar AI values. sciencedirect.com/science/articl…

@DrMarkMills Wessex has three centres without cardiac surgery on site. Bournemouth and Portsmouth have been running for >10 years, in fact Bournemouth may be approaching 20. Basingstoke recently started up also.
