Dit waren de 1-aprilgrappen van 2025 en 2026 van het online-magazine ‘tScheldt van Gert Van Mol: smakeloos, zoals altijd. Dit jaar hadden ze eerst als bijbehorende foto gekozen voor een foto met mijn zoon en een beledigend bijschrift over mijn zoon. Dit was een brug te ver. Ik heb vervolgens een dringend verzoekschrift neergelegd bij de rechtbank van eerste aanleg in Antwerpen, en nog diezelfde dag was er een beschikking van de rechtbank. Die legde Gert Van Mol op om die foto te verwijderen op straffe van een dwangsom. Het artikel mocht blijven staan want dat zou men nog “satire” kunnen noemen. Vijf minuten na de betekening van de beschikking door een deurwaarder gehoorzaamde Gert Van Mol (en maakte met AI een andere smakeloze foto). Hij beseft nu dat hij van minderjarigen moet afblijven.
